The home boasts 5 spacious bedrooms (6 Beds) with plenty of closet space to store clothing and a variety of bed sizes from 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2 Twin sizes. All bedrooms come with a television set with access to different streaming apps. Our home includes 3 full bathrooms with plenty of vanity space for all our guests. Home is located in the highly sought-after Overland Park area. Just minutes from multiple shopping centers, restaurants, and highway access to get ANYWHERE in the city quickly.

HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. We had a group of family that meet in KC for the weekend. We don’t see each other often, so we were looking for something spacious, nice, comfortable, and within a reasonable distance to activities. Summers location offered just that. It was clean, instructions were simply and easy to follow, a great amount of space and privacy for everyone, we were in a great location to where we wanted to be, and I felt at home. Would highly recommend this location to others and certainly book again if we come back next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Summer and Stanton’s home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and laid out so well, it felt even more spacious than expected. It had everything we needed for our family, and the peaceful backyard was such a bonus! Summer and Stanton were fantastic hosts, and Cody was incredibly helpful too. Communication was fast, friendly, and thoughtful every step of the way. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home for an extended family weekend trip. The home is spacious and beautiful. The open kitchen and two living areas are so nice. The finished basement with bunk beds and air hockey were a huge hit for my two children. We would love to stay again sometime. The house is very close to great restaurants in Overland Park. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Easy check-in process and home was incredibly clean upon arrival. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. The hosts accommodated us last minute, and went above and beyond to ensure the home was clean and ready for us. The home was well-stocked for our week-long stay and had lots of natural light. The home has been nicely renovated & decorated! Great location and within walking distance to shops and meadowbrook park. Will definitely stay here again!

Huge house with tons of space for all. My kids loved having spaces to spread out and also a finished basement to run and play. Beds were comfortable and communication was great.

Great place for our family to meet for Christmas. Most bedrooms are on one level so no steps for those with mobility problems to have to use. Lots of space for everyone and nice fenced in backyard for the dogs. Very nice modern kitchen for all our meal prep. Kids enjoyed the air hockey game in the basement. It is on a busy street but we didn’t have any problems getting in and out. We had a nice walk around the neighborhood looking at Christmas lights. Grocery store, CVS and other shopping within walking distance.
