My daughter and I came from New York to meet my in-laws in Kansas City. Previously we have stayed in the Crossroads area in hotels, and I’m so glad that we chose this beautiful home for our annual get together! The house is great - the living room area with its large comfortable sectional and chair, were perfect for our evening chats. And we really enjoyed having our breakfast at the table in the kitchen every morning. The hosts left a binder full of great recommendations of things to do and places to go, as well as some yummy snacks, which were a nice surprise.
The fact that this house was on one floor was also a wonderful convenience for my elderly mother-in-law. The residence was clean and check in and check out where a breeze. I highly recommend staying here and I’ll definitely reach out to the hosts when we return next year.

Stanton and Summer were very responsive and were so kind to let us checkin early when our kiddos just needed rest. Everything was clean, quiet, and many laid back things to do with the kids within minutes! Loved our stay, and the house and hosts were wonderful!

Our family had a great stay, the house was clean and just as pictured online. It fit our family of six perfectly! We had a small problem with the kitchen sink the first night (we checked in late) and our host was right on top of it and had a plumber out the next morning to fix it. Great service! The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, and the showers had GREAT water pressure!
The location of house was perfect with easy access to the highway and multiple dining options to some of the best BBQ in KC.
Overall this was a great place to stay and if we visit KC again we would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It was super comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the living room was perfect for us all. Our dog loved the huge back yard!!

We had a great stay here! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The space was great, very comfortable, clean and the back patio area was fabulous. Our pups had a great time too, loved that it was dog friendly. Will definitely be staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Stanton's place in Overland Park this June! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and it was easy to get around. Stanton was a great host—very kind, responsive, and respectful. Perfect spot for our family of four to stay during a volleyball tournament. Stanton was the perfect host. House was comfortable and spotless and the AC was spot on in the 90+ degree heat. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time staying here! The house was so nice and clean, and the hosts were so responsive and extremely accommodating to my situation. I would highly recommend booking your stay here!! Felt very safe in the neighborhood as well. And the backyard was beautiful, so green.

We had issues with the air conditioning on a holiday weekend. The host was responsive about the issue and promised to make it right. Luckily it was cooler in the nights and we were able to sleep with the windows open.
Great place, and great location to the places we were going.

We loved staying at Stanton’s Eden on the Terrace. It was perfect for our family with 3 small children. They loved the basement ping pong table and the small toys in the closet. The high chair and pack in play were so helpful as well.
