Lovely spacious house in a great neighborhood. Beautiful yard with mature landscaping provided lots of privacy. Convenient location with easy access to lots of restaurants, stores and the highway. Definitely plan to stay there again!

Great location for all things KC. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, backyard was nice a private, and the kids enjoyed the basement.

We visited for a week with our family of 6 and had a great experience! Clean house that matched the pictures, great backyard right on a creek, and great location with easy access to Overland Park shopping and restaurants.

The house was perfect for a family stay and it was very thoughtful with the amenities provided. They thought of many things, I wish I had done my grocery shopping after looking in all of the cupboards because of how many things they already provided. I will definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved the neighborhood super quiet and safe. bedside are comfy kitchen is stocked well...we can't wait to come back to this beautiful gem of a home on our next run thru kc... Great place for us and our family to stay. Plenty of room. We had a family reunion and family wedding in KC. The house accommodated us, our grown children and grandchildren. Would highly recommend.

It was a great stay for us, we live nearby but had an AC outage so we booked last minute. Summer was immediately responsive and provided all the info we needed almost immediately. All rooms/areas were clean and we had everything we needed. Beautiful trees and creek in the back yard provide lots of privacy and a peaceful setting. Also had a few fun rounds of ping pong in the basement. Would highly recommend!

Summer and Stanton were easy to reach and responded right away.
Their home was lovely. I LOVED their massive washing machine!
Our favorite spot was in their dreamy beautiful backyard amongst the trees, with the birds singing and the wind blowing the trees, overlooking the creek! There was so much space to enjoy outdoors, our kids enjoyed exploring and we will cherish our family dinners out in the yard. The block included very friendly neighbors, it was peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay!

We very much enjoyed staying at Summer’s place for a family visit! The layout of the house was great and our large family could spread out. We very much enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs and also the seating area outside by the creek where we often ate lunch. My children enjoyed the (small) park within walking distance and all the amazing snacks that Summer left for us. The general location is great as well - lots of wonderful things to do nearby! We especially liked the Lenexa Rec Center which had a great pool for a chilly afternoon :)
