Very nice and clean in a nice neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and activities around in this nice suburb. A great place to unwind at the end of the day with big smart TVs with all the apps in each room, and the theater was cool to watch sports on. Nice big fenced In yard for the dog. We had a great time, pup included!

My daughter and I came from New York to meet my in-laws in Kansas City. Previously we have stayed in the Crossroads area in hotels, and I’m so glad that we chose this beautiful home for our annual get together! The house is great - the living room area with its large comfortable sectional and chair, were perfect for our evening chats. And we really enjoyed having our breakfast at the table in the kitchen every morning. The hosts left a binder full of great recommendations of things to do and places to go, as well as some yummy snacks, which were a nice surprise. The fact that this house was on one floor was also a wonderful convenience for my elderly mother-in-law. The residence was clean and check in and check out where a breeze. I highly recommend staying here and I’ll definitely reach out to the hosts when we return next year.

We stayed here while visiting family in Kansas City. The home was very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for 2 adults, 3 little kids, and a dog. Great communication made for a very easy stay. Thank you!

Lovely spacious house in a great neighborhood. Beautiful yard with mature landscaping provided lots of privacy. Convenient location with easy access to lots of restaurants, stores and the highway. Definitely plan to stay there again!

Stanton and Summer were very responsive and were so kind to let us checkin early when our kiddos just needed rest. Everything was clean, quiet, and many laid back things to do with the kids within minutes! Loved our stay, and the house and hosts were wonderful!

Great location for all things KC. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, backyard was nice a private, and the kids enjoyed the basement.

The property was great. Very clean, looked exactly like expected. Quiet place were we felt safe, neighbors were friendly as well. We had a great stay, would recommend the host & location to friends. Highly recommend.

We had a group of family that meet in KC for the weekend. We don’t see each other often, so we were looking for something spacious, nice, comfortable, and within a reasonable distance to activities. Summers location offered just that. It was clean, instructions were simply and easy to follow, a great amount of space and privacy for everyone, we were in a great location to where we wanted to be, and I felt at home. Would highly recommend this location to others and certainly book again if we come back next year!

Great stay and stellar hosts - everything clearly detailed from entry to exit. Excellent communication and response time. We were accepted within 5 minutes day of check-in. Very comfy home in a peaceful neighborhood. Theatre room is top notch for visual and sound. Outdoor space with fire pit and Weber grill was my favorite. Would definitely visit again!
