Stanton was a wonderful host. We checked in due to another Airbnb falling through and they allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference in our stay. We left a pillow and cooler behind and they were kind enough to wash our pillowcase and allow us to pop by and retrieve it. Excellent hosts!! It felt just like home.

My family of three booked this house over some hotels in KC that were closer to our destination. Our first experience in Overland Park wasn't so great, but we took a chance based on other 5-star reviews and we were glad we did! The drive in was easy, not much traffic. Arrival and entry could not have been easier. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Everything we needed we found easily. The neighborhood is gorgeous, surrounded by other very well kept houses and a little park not a block away. We felt comfortable, at home and safe throughout our stay. Don't hesitate on this one!

Our family had a lovely time. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Even had chocolates delivered to us on Valentines day! Another review mentioned that this was on a busy street which almost stopped me from booking. It was not an issue AT ALL. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very few cars. The home is spacious and the kitchen is beautiful! I cook alot and felt right at home in this well stocked kitchen. We had a group of 9 including our 2 grand babies, ages 1 1/2 and 9 weeks old. Everyone was comfortable. Nicely stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels! Don't hesitate in booking Summer's place. She's a great hostess and very thoughtful.

Fantastic find! The house is updated and more spacious than we had anticipated. Location is outstanding as it is close to many restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc… many of these within walking distance. Hosts were easy to work with and everything ran extremely smooth. Highly recommend!

Stanton and Summer provided a great rental house in Overland Park. This beautiful home was perfect for our extended stay in KC and was clean, equipped with proper kitchen appliances and cooking needs, great furniture and bedding, and good water pressure if I do say. Would certainly recommend this property for anyone looking in this area.

Summer’s place was very spacious, peaceful, and offered plenty of space for our family. We loved the downstairs area for entertaining. The space was clean and we would definitely come back!

This home immediately became our home. The layout is creative with so many levels. Everything was well thought out and provided all details necessary for a great stay. The basement rec room provides hours of activities for the younger set. I totally recommend this great home to you. It even sits to a natural stream full of water.

Great place, yard is so nice for the dogs. I have small dogs and there were no holes in the fence line. Beds were comfy and the neighborhood was peaceful. 10/10
